Dr. Yashaswini Balaraju, CPO
Dr. Yashaswini is the Chief Product Officer in Mycovation. Besides earning her PhD in Biotechnology from University of Mysore, her deep fascination towards sustainability goals paved her way to Mushroom Cultivation during her spare time. Her years of hard work in R&D has shown her passion for fungi and led to our Product Development. She is also running a Yoga Studio for 12 years which guides calm mindfulness to Mycovation’s vision for a better future through food.

Dr. Yong Xing Tan, CTO
Dr. Yong Xing is our Lead Scientist and Resident Fermentation Expert who turns our mycelium strains into an array of amazing product series. As a Chemical Engineer with deep experience in Food Fermentation, he leads the development of our bioreactors, upscaling our production and analyzing all of the nutritional data. He is also a Fitness Enthusiast who explores healthy lifestyle options.
